Before making these, I searched all over the web for the best brownie recipe. I ended up using the one by Olive Magazine.

In this blog, I will show you how I’ll decorated the brownies.
Recipe notes
This is a level 2 recipe.
(This recipe caters for 12 brownies)
Ingredients
• 1 part butter to 2 parts icing sugar (use the amount you need for your brownies)
• 20g cocoa powder
• Smarties
Method
1. Combine 2 parts icing sugar to 1 part butter for the amount you need for your brownies.
2. Add in 20g of cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly.
3. Carefully scoop mixture into piping bag.
4. Pipe a heart onto each brownie.
5. Place your smarties on each brownie.
